Just like ARMCHAIR SPORTSMAN we have ARMCHAIR INVESTORS.
Armchair Sport experts believe themselves EXPERTS in whatever
sport they are watching on TV.Just like that Armchair Investors want
to buy/sell the Scrips that are being shown on TV.Often we here
statements like "I definitely know that it will double in 2 months.
"(But they do not buy it). This is quite prevalent in older generation
of people because they want to play SAFE with their money.

It is difficult for an armchair sportsman to become a REAL sportsman
but it is not difficult for an armchair investor to become REAL investor.

Earlier we have only one option ,that is ,EQUITIES,now we have another version ,
DERIVATIVES,which is not difficult at all to learn and master. There is need for Armchair
Investors to turn into Real Investors ,to have a Robust economy of the country.

No doubt we have GREAT economists as PM and FM.Unfotunately
they are under tremendous POLITICAL pressures to perform for
their PARTY. Otherwise how can you expect a Economist to give
free electricity ,waiver of loans, etc etc.

Basically we have more Armchair Investors in India than Real
Investors. Ask any Celebrity either cinema or sports, they say
they know nothing about STOCK MARKETS but reality most of
them invest in market ,may be indirectly.

The otherday I told a group of people that I am a full time trader.
He gave a look as if I am involved in any terrorist plot.

I am not talking about today's market ,but in general, people should
not think the exchanges as GAMBLING DENS and need to mature as
REAL investors.
