Is Nifty in no Trading Zone?????

I was surfing through one of the blogs named miracleassets.blogspot.com
The point mentioned in the blog is that nifty is in no trading zone. The author is siting the range of 3900 - 4150 as no trading zone. Is it really true?
can anyone give the comments on this?

Nifty is in 'trade a lot and make tons of money' zone. And the point of the blog is that the author like thousands of amateurs is without a clue and you are better off reading Aamir Khan's blog instead.

And I thought that traders are making good money out of the wild movements ..
(Of course you should have a plan..)

ther is no zone in the mkt as 'no trading zone'......the sideways moves takes on the time of smartest of traders boring him....finaly making him exit & then the mkts go in for its nxt big move....

traders should in fact protect our earths OZONE

Everyday is a trading day. if you feel like it and are ready - otherwise read blogs or go figure.....

Market is a mirror ... if you see a no trading zone then it is a no trading zone (for you)... for others it is the inverse. Mirrors do have a habit of mirroring things.

As goethe might have said "you must (not) read many blogs to find out you do not have to read many blogs..."
