hello, i was wondering if this is the good time to enter the market? or I should expect more downside in the market? i am a short term investor.

it is realy hazardous now 2 take a short term view on the mkts.....though on a med term basis.....one should take 25% xposure only for heavyweights & for more....wait for a close abv 16400:)
