I donot know the answer to the question of why it is so low but back in the good ol' days of .com boom, netvision was a major IT teaching center in Gujarat (I do not know how it is now). Also it had started on software development. It was the darling IT company of gujarat. When the crash came tons of people were laid off. I do not know how/what it is doing now but if it still in s/w training, I guess its making money
