Hi

Don't get panicked by today's fall. I looked at your stocks.
Its not a bad pick at all. Wait for atleast 2 weeks as always there
will be some knee-jerk reactions post-budget week.

But it will be bouncing back in 2 weeks time as the fundamentals
are not bad yet

Cheers
Parthi

Why dont you wait to see whether Mkt has bottomed out ,they habit of Buying in Declines may have benifitted in Past but the incidence of falling 5 % of Indices in 2 consequetive months is also rare.

If you look at mkt today you'll get an answer. See which ones have held out amidst a severe fall. (You'll find Pharma stks for sure Keep an eye on PSU banks, Autos as well)

Regards,
Kalyan.

Forgot to mention FMCG.

Food + Packaging (paper companies may be allowed captive plantations) + Hotels
Food + Water Purifiers (got an excise cut)

Has monsoon* risk, but those farmers will be buying more.

Regards,
Kalyan.

*BTW, any idea what the correlation is between a prolonged-&-severe-than-avg winter & the monsoon?

Some more

One irrigation stock hit a 52wk high today. There are some more in the construction space (one of them is becoming a biggish hydro power player)

There is a big demand supply gap in the area of railway wagons.

There's only one player in the private space (appart from IRCON - a PSU) who can undertake complete turnkey solutions for rly projects. (The booty for rly projects is some 65k crores)

An Indian company is the global leader in the area of anti-collision devices.

Ok enough bakbak
