Reliance Power Bonus Issue

i heard that but can someone tell me who all will get 'em..
only those who applied for the ipo or everyone who holds it?

As per CNBC news RPOwer is to issue bonus shares to all share holders except promoter group.

Rpower shares and market would zoom tomorrow.

i am currently holding close to 100 shares of reliance power average @ 390... should i hold it or sell it..?????
