its always better 2 watch for the signs of resumption of the nxt rally , if any , is due on the horizons rarher than scratching the unseen bottoms , cause @ the end , where did the mkts halt will not b imp....but wher did one catch the incoming rally will b the million $ bet......

higher interest cost may be because of long term debt for capital expenditure. then, like depreciation it is also a good sign.
