Margin Limit question
Hi Guys apologies if it is a stupid question.
I use HDFC for online trading and have started recently only. Today, I held some money from my savings account as limit for margin orders. I did some margin trades (today is the first time), made some profit, sold everything in the evening. In the evening, it was showing all money under the limits -> Margin limit section and some under CnC limit. I checked just now, CnC limit is there but Margin limit is gone and all I can see under this section is 0.0.. I was wondering what the hell happen to that money? Please guys if you use HDFC, kindly answer my question pleae.. Thanks, Sharmaji

Brokerage have the right to suspend margin financing at anytime and without notice. Given the shock recently they may have decided to pull margin for certain types of accounts.
