i feel there should be some bug/virus in his system.
it never happened to me even at once.the site is a secured one and however the verfy page should not be cleared without verifying the same. as in every buy & sell the deal value is displayed and he may have selected automatic demat allocation for sale. better he check with his system options and other avenues available before complaining in this forum.
