My prediction:

Sensex will reach 19000 on or before 28th jan (republic day gift). My call by medium/large caps with strong fundamentals. Dont forget RPL, ISPAT, SUjanametal, Rajesh exports, ROLTA, HAVELL India.

And for Gods sake dont sell your position.

Dear Members,
We all should not be so impatient. Stock Market is not a child's play.It is highly impredictible otherwise we would have been millionnaires in few days.what I think is that market activities are guided by global Economic scenario.please dont invest without study of company's profits and prospects.Normally we follow market chats/rumers which are cleverly passed by Bigbosses to solve their own purpose.I , from my long research experince ,tell you that -following WTO guidelines, the market has a long term bullish tendency to which no one can stop. But this rally will be in some sellected Srips .Always be away from unauthorised advices.INVEST BUT INVEST AFTER TWO THOUGHTS.
THANKS,
JPJAIN

The market will recover partially after the f/o expiry on 31st Jan 2008.

There will again be a small lull before the budget.

Expect 22,000 levels after the budget. And 25,000 in July.

At present no technicals working and mostly they have to do with the traders. Its the traders and the big gurus every day and day out giving new upside targets 14k 16k 21k and still 25k..I don't argue its possible if we go with centiments. its possible if money comes in. I will follow them if i am a trader but now i am back since long time into invetment mode as i feel i need to learn a lot before taking up full time job as trader.

So my advice if you are investor stick to basics its all about achieving 20% growth per year which can be done with proper asset allocation and risk diversification
Fact was the market were overvalued now they are grounded so this is a good time for shopping good stocks.

My approach would be :

1. Divide your money in 5 parts
2. Prepare a list of fundamentally strong stocks you can get it every where and remember here don't just relly on what other reco. do your own research.
3. Priorities as every one will rush to the well known stocks and they will bounce back very fast.
4. I expect you will get many down till March end invest 1 part in every decline. if decline is deepest you can put 2 part.

This will work even if market bounce or they go deep.

Regards.

patience will always rewarded by the mrket......if u can see 4 yrs bull run & earned so many bucks.........then is the expected correction. This does not mean that the market will collapes.....one should always prepare themselves for losses................Before entring the market it is told by every one that it involve the risk....we may get gain or loss. Rest depends upon our planning.....if market get crashed due to some reasons like scams.....always some maid good money while at the same time other lose..........so, before trading or investing one should clearly decide i can lose huge money any time..........
Overall this time fools,,,,,selling done in panic,,,,careless trading stretagy,,,,having overbought share,,,,,are the worst losers..........Those who will stay calm and proper money managment can convert this loss into profit.....those r called perfect trader or investors.

Professionals will keep on making money untill fools r present in the market.............
This correction has short life span..........utilze the dips to buy bluechip share.....
