Yes I am still holding ... not letting emotions to come in... would follow pivots... knowing very well tht I will not catch the bottom/top... which I earlier used to look for "As if I am the one to decide top/bottom"

Thanks Saint for your teachings!

Friends elsewhere biyasc has posted about my posts here and my inability to 'even' post a screen shot of the indicator. I am happy that i have also learnt a way to post a screen shot, I am posting the 7th May chart!!!!! I know it can be of no ue to the stalwarts here, but it hurt when I was ridiculed for my inability to post. I would like to thank rkkarnani for sharing this very simple techinique to post the chart.
Regards.

The arrows in the chart are manully plotted. I entered at first blue arrow with fixed SL of 20 points. At 11.55 when the price went above the upper band I chose the level of lower band as my SL.
When 12.15 bar closed inside the band, i went short (reversed my long) below the low.
At 1.05 and 1.20 the price closed inside the band from below but these highs were not exceeded , these highs were used as trailing stop loss.
At 1.30 the price closed inside and i went long above this. I exited at 3.00 as I do not take a new trade after 3.00 The 2.55 price closed inide, i exited my position below this level!!!!
Would like inputs from others to improve this, particularly uashish who was the creator of this indicator!!!!
Thanks all, and in particular biyasc, whose criticism motivated me to learn about posting a graph.

Yes i was waiting for this & it indeed came in May's 2nd week.
In bengali there is an idiom,a Bird on the Tree dies due to storm but the Fakhir gets the credit.

u have caught the top & bottom exactly which is difficult to sustain over a period of time.u have been stopped out many times according to the indicator but u choose to be in the trade.why???if u were using the hghs as a stop then u wud have stopped out at around 1:15 but u chose not to do so...actually i fail to understand these logics behind using the indicator.when indicators says sell u actually dont or maybe u r using sumthing else with this

Its been a good example of a budding trader (Gautam) being groomed and mentored by a senior member (R K Karnani) of the forum. I believe teaching and learning is a mutually benifitial exercise, I am sure both of you have experianced that.

I agree with vikram about your selectively picking and choosing the entry / exit signals, I have marked just a few (there are many more) similar indicator signals on the chart you have uploaded with red-question marks (?) so you can understand what we are saying.

If you can discuss your method of selecting the signals you have executed while ignoring other signals of the indicator it would be a nice learning experiance for every one here. If you cannot clearly explain and its just because of gut feelings / intution, please don't loose it, keep doing what you have been doing ... making money.

Regards
Sanjay
