The Company had floated subsidiary Cni Info Xchange P Ltd which has gone on stream recently. Its website is named www.cniinfoxchange.net. Cni Info Xchange will lose the status of 100% subsidiary as the Company is likely to allot shares to PE investors in its subsidiary in order to meet its working capital requirement.
