Actually I didn't give the proper source becoz was not sure whether traderji will appreciate it here. I do not wish to Solicit for any forum. So if this message is not in order, Kindly excuse me.

Today the share was @ upper circuit in the morning.

They clearly said in the Live Chat room of TIS - INSILCO share is a BUY @ 36 levels + on declines and to Shut it and Forget it for 6 months. They have a Live Chat room during Market hours to give calls.
