I think its something the broker is largely responsible for. You need to speak to the branch manager for more clarity.

More importantly, did you trade on margins or was this money already in your trading account?

Hi,

I think now the question is clear, and i think it has mainly to deal with your Broker.

Catch hold of them, they will be only responsible for your Loss in such case.

Hi,

Serious issue!

WE are using ICICI Direct, and then we sell any shares using online service such as www.icicidirect.com in the ORDER Book we can immediately see whether the Order has been EXECUTED or not If the order gets executed which is a SELL Order then automatically funds gets credited to the respective account.

In case of your Broker, what is the process, you do it online? OR you give them a call to tell about selling stocks?

Regards!

Hey Sillu clearly the Sharekhan guys are fu***** ard with ur A/c ,,, u better screw them 4 this ,,, If u sell the shares the next day there are chances that there wld be short delivery from the exchange and it might get auctioned ,,,, but if u sell the 3rd day then there is no problem at all and they cannot hold u responsible for short delivery ,,, I think they might have done some jol with ur shares ,,,,

Better kick their a** for this !!!!
