3) Highly speculative counter ,, the volumes on a daily basis is many times more than the floating stock , clearly indicating rigging of prices by few big operators ,,,
4) Very poor delivery volumes 8 - 12 % indicating that the volumes are being generated by big hands who are buying at lower levels and squaring off majority of the shares by end of day ,,,when these guys start selling the remaining portion it might be difficult to sustain these levels ,,,,
There have been many similar cases in the last six months where cos with pathetic fundamentals have gone up 4 a couple of days before fizzling out completely ( eg : Netflier , hilton metals ,,, etc )

Therefore no question abt it ,,, this scrip is a strong sell 4 whoever is holding it ,,,,
Thanks for the info mate, appreciate it..

HI GUYS ,,, just to explain my point further and to support it with data, I have attached an excel sheet which shows the block deals in Burnpur on 03 jan and also explains as to why the price ran up so much ,,,,,

If u check the data , there have been multiple block deals ,,, there are many parties who have bought and if u scroll down u will see the same guys squaring off their positions with small profits ,,, it seems punters had a field day

the cycle kept continuing till closing where the prices kept rising becuase there were many punters buying large quantities for small gains ,,, hence the large turnover and price rise ,,,,

For people who have bought it , if ul do not want to exit straight away then pls keep a tight stop loss according to ur own risk taking capacities ,,, tk care

Me trading in burnpur cement from its listing......................If traded activly and following stoploss then one can earn good or huge......try not to took the delivery in case of a week counter.........I have traded in indowind(this was assumed to be a bad fundamental scrip before its listing...but its a buzz after listing) powergrid, kaushalya, kotepatil, jyotilab.....almost in every listing last three months...................I have not even a single trade in loss.......but dazzling profit. Its up to u how u plan to trade that scrips.......My experience is your trading terminal should be fast and good responsive...so that if judge something unusual then u should respond quickly....behind my earning i found this is solid reason for my sucess and i trade intraday almost every day......hardly 4,5 times i did not do intraday......but know i have gained experience this experience can be gained only after jumping into realtrading.

Point taken Sillu ,,, these scrips offer great trading opportuities but then not evone is swift in squaring off trades and understanding the pulse of the stock ,,, here we are talking abt guys who have invested in this counter , I doubt this scrip can give them good returns ,,, most of the guys will get stuck in the counter and will have to wait 4 a long time to recover their capital , leave alone profits ,,,,

So , in this market every cat and dog will rise but if ure looking to invest then avoid Burnpur
