hi,
money from all quarters are pouring in. insurance money, fii, petor dollars, mfs, the management themselves, operators, new investors and traders.
buyers and only buyers. no sellers.
if you had seen today's movement in adlabs..... no comments. it was just flying.
one cant say how long this rally will continue.
i would not want to call where the top is.
like 2000 year dot com rally, midcaps are flying.

look at charts of the many midcaps.........vertical rise
let us wait and watch.

There is no doubt that markets are in overbought zone, I refrain from calling it BUBBLE ZONE, we havent seen the heights of insanity yet and believe me when we will be in BUBBLE ZONE ,all of us will be thoroughly participating in it and even pros will start to question their own analysis and keep on buying junk stocks, at that time nobody would be sane enough to think of selling, forget selling ,people will be insane enough to buy even 50% corrections and the markets will drown like Titanic taking most but disciplined traders. We will be taught in these initial stages of euphoria to forget stoplosses and keep on buying every dip and a time will come when whoesover is selling will be considered the biggest fool.

Everything has happened in the past and will happen in future, you would get free money for quite sometime but then market will snatch it all back and even more.

So dont be afraisd of this euphoria because markets will remain insane till all of us take a dip, but do remember just one thing " DISCIPLINE WOULD BE EVERYBODY'S SAVIOUR ALL OTHERS WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING TO THE MARKET"

Enjoy the bull run and never forget stoplosses

hi,
forget the index, look at midcap stocks and even to some extent large cap stocks. mind boggling rise in the past couple of months, which was not seen previously.

Going by the @10% PE re-rating each year since the start of this Bull mkt the Fundamental target has already been reached & exceeded (the furthest one can stretch it to is 22k which would be roughly 20 times forward earning). On the other hand the PE re-rating need not proceed in uniform fashion - it can go up to 30/40/50 this year, who knows.

One disturbing (or encouraging, whichever way you look at it) fact is the dollar getting cheaper with every rate cut and with the Chinese mkts (& much of the commodities space) now in bubble zone & the US faced with a possible recession (& housing mkt in doldrums), this easy-money does not have too many outlets. So this money may continue to flow in (in a choice between 'highly overvalued' & 'less overvalued') driving valuations to crazy levels and triggering the end of the Bull mkt. Maybe that's how Bull mkts end (I haven't been around long enough to know for sure).

Technically this may be the last leg, or maybe we'd simply pullback a bit & continue the uptrend (as has been the pattern in recent times) Could be we're in the midst of a H&S. Will get clearer in the coming days.

If the mkt breaks its established rhythm, we'll have to adjust, tune-in & dance to the new rhythm. That's all we can do, nothing more is in our power.

Regards,
Kalyan.

mkts all over the world r driven by greed & fear...
the greed to make money & fear to book losses r the very much enemies ...
unless a trader or an invstr gets hold of the abv emotions.....he is always unaware of the lurking dangers.....right ?......WRONG.....!
every human has the abv emotions , only the quality & quantity differ from person to person & that differentiates the skill also.
a bubble is a bubble will b a bubble was a bubble........
answer the following questions & look for a bubble within u....
if u fail to identify a bubble......better watch out & remain xtra alert even in sleep....

>i was getting this much profit.
>i will get this much profit.
the answer which u like the most will distinguish u between the bubble & the bubble bath...............

there r 3 main seasons in india....summer , winter & rainy...
right ??????????????
wrong...................!!!!!!!!!
there is one more season ......THE PENNY STOCK SEASON.......
INVSTRS.....its this season in which operators & old invstrs start games to trap the new breed of greed which has entered the mkts for the first time of their life..

invstrs.....loook before u leap....
a sound co will surely make u exit at some point but a bad penny stock will kill u for lifetime......
