TATA Steel Rights Issue (Application)
Hi All
I got the Right Issue letter from Tata. Could any one of you please confirm the below request. 1. Can I send HSBC Bank Cheque (Mumbai Branch) for this right Issue 2. Should I send it by Courier or Register Post? Can I Courier? 3. Would the application be accepted If I send application today for Rights and CCPS

Can someone plz tell me wht exactly is a right issue.
SBI will also be having right issue next year i guess. Is it preferential allotment of share to existing share holders. If that then at wht rate do the invester gets the new shares.

On the rights issue form there is a large list of bank branches in mumbai and elsewhere which are accepting the form and the cheque for both rights and ccp.
Just walk in and hand over and get the ack receipt stamped by the bank. ciao!

hello just go quickly as the last day is approaching fast and submit the application in the nearest bank branch mentioned in the application form, do not loose the rights as they are attractive to the present market value once alloted if you do not want them still you can sell them quickly
