This script is too volatile.
A very good long term hold indeed,the cheapest real estate player in the country today...an OPM of 80% thats just awesome

OPM is the operating profit margin
The reason for such a high OPM is most of the land purchased in and around mumbai was about 12 yrs before... DLF has a OPM of 28.5%...plenty of value to be unlocked in Lok Housing
