how helpful these so called analysts(SMS call givers) are?

Dear All,

I am sure some of us would have subscribed to these so called Live SMS analysts at some point or another. I am starting this new thread to know your opinion as to how helpful your subscription was ? Did you make some extra money or you felt cheated after subscribing?

Let some opinions flow in.

Yes i have subscribed once in 2000 for 1 month from Mr Aniruddha Sethi of Mumbai for 10 k per month.There was 10 calls per day & 1 or 2 would obviously work hence we where silenced by those SUCCESSful calls.
From that month realised subscribing to Call Giver's & getting result is a RANDOM event so better to try my own ( which is also Random but atleast it helps me to find out the wrong analysis & scope of future improvement).

They don't cheat.They simply don't know how to trade for a living.So following their calls will go the same way.U can't trade for a living.

Just listen to them.... but do outthink them.
They are only doing what they are paid for.
So they must make some recommendation or other every day'
You commit your hard earned cash...
You have a stake , they dont... or it is vested.

I have subscried to poweryourtrade and found the calls of Aswani gujral bang on target more often than not.....

Take them as advise from astrologers...

I find Nooresh Merani's calls quite bang on... his service is free, no charges.

I too am a PowerYourTrade subscriber but I can't really corroborate what Diosys has said. Gujral's success rate seems to be no more and no less than your average competent trader. Moreover, he seldom specifies a target period which I find vexing. I've seen though, that PWT's multibagger recommendations are spot on.

I think jatayoo has admirably summed up the risks of banking on such recommendations .

Where is the time to listen to the pundits? And it proves to be fatal in terms of trading psychology,to listen to other traders.By other traders,I mean every one......be it good traders like Larry Williams or Tom Dick and Harry(hari also).

But this is true mostly for traders who trade.1 year to 10 year term buy and hold guys should do what,I can't imagine.
