yes HB portfolio also coming under same management. but I have not studied that company.

What an idea, Sirji !!! I was able to get 149 @ Rs 110.90 out of 200 before it hit UC. The stock was bought purely on your suggestion.

It dos"t required huge research knowledge. You go to their site and
download their balansheet 206-07 . Their investment, stock, buing value and qty are
clearly mentioned. I took only long term investment alone. apart from they
hodling lot of un coated investments. I feel surprize that the prize of stock may
arround 400+. But market giving only 90 ruppees for each share.

dont do that . dont sell your stock. If you sell and book initial profit
Traders may pull down the price and they can easily re enter with huge volum.
Even HB stock comming down two or three days dont sell the stock

I am sure its value is more than 400+

What I meant actually is that out of the 1200 stocks listed in nse and 3500 listed in bse, how you got the idea to look closer to this particular stock. I mean there may be other such stocks with great intrinsic value. One such is cheviot listed in bse. I did not buy that since it was on bse. Not that it was a bad stock, but just because I update my software with just nse prices and hence do not trak bse stocks.

My question was that how to find such stocks in the universe of so many listed one. Obviously, its not a good idea to go and look each and every stock's annual statement. how did u stumble upon this stock and studied it further

Yes I agree with you it is very difficult to find a stock in the occen of stocks. My simple stegry is to search the stock in the list of "52 week"
The list may shoten your search list. The 52week list will have nearly 40-50 stock per day.
Now it is very easy to find the stock
