silverline relisted

Dear friends,

Silverline Technologies relisted on BSE with base price at 183.50 and circuit filter at 20%. Intraday high was 22014. Before it was trading at 12.90. The same is trading at Rs 8.25 on NSE. What is the reason for this. Any news on this scrip.

I am holding 1000 shares @ 15.30 since Jly '07

Yes, face value of share has changed from Re.1 to Rs.10 so 1000 will become 100 shares. Plus one will get 4 shares of silverline animation for each 25 held i.e. If holding 1000 shares then one will get 40 of animation which will be listed at a later date.
