Default Convert To delivery

Apologies if the question sounds stupid..

I am doing online trading from HDFC and have started this week only. In the tradebook section it says 'Convert To delivery' so basically one can select the trades and then can convert to delivery, what exactly does this mean? and how important this is?

Please reply thanks

Good question, Even i had same question earlier, But from Help of HDFC sec, I understand like this

You place margin Order, which has borkerage as .01 % , But if you are unable to make profit in Day trading, then you can click on convert to Delivery button, which will make that as CnC order which has borkerage comm as .05%(pretty high ) and you dont have to square off.

Note: this is my inference with great difficulty. I guess, dikshu also said same thing, so my inferance may be right

Delivery trade brokerage is not 0.05% but 0.5%. This is for your info.
