Bharat Hotels has in recent past split their 10 Rs share into Rs 2/- and post split given 1:1 bonus. They were to come out with their Public issue but seems due to demisde of Mr Lalit Suri, the same has got delayed. There is no communication from the co. about likely date of the public issue. The rights issue of the share , I am not aware of.
But when issue hits the market, it would be a great success as the co. has hotels in the prime locations including those in Delhi , Mumbai etc
