How much upside left with Teledata Informatics demerger?
Teledata Informatics is an unusual and interesting stock with various types of assets under its belly. Its demerger is scheduled for Nov 23, leading to be splitted into 3 different stocks. How much upside is expected for investors? Short term, medium term, long term?

One punter estimate is that the current stock will raise in the value upto Rs. 110 due to demerger.
The Marine division looks like a hold for a longer term. The third entity, Teledata Technologies is an enigma. Anyone has more clarity as to what asset will go into what company, and what is the resulting networth of each company?

Very true Rajesh, The company is a star performer but the management especially the top personals are fraud. The teledata after listing is in a spree of selling freeze...
