Peninsula Land is in talks to sell 2 lakh sq ft of land at Dawn Mills to Stanchart for Rs 525 crores. Dawn Mills has been merged with Peninsula and per sq ft rate works out to Rs 26,000 plus. This would give a profit of over Rs 400 crores . Earlier, the company sold 575,000 sq ft to Alok Textile for Rs 1000 crores at Dawn Mills.
