With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Excel Crop care up on real estate buzz", Excel Crop Care Ltd has clarified to BSE that the news item mentions about the Company's takeover as well as brand buyout proposals. The news item also mentions about commercial development of land in Goregaon in Mumbai. The Company deny that any proposal for takeover or brand buyout is under consideration of the Company. The Company also deny the news relating to commercial development of land in Goregaon. |

VIDEOCON INDS... rumours frictioning this counter says that it will soon receive a license 2 PROVIDE DTH SERVICES...from ministry of inf & broadasting....... its name will b BBC.....not bbc london.....it will b BHARAT BUSINESS CHANNEL...... some inside trading....??? it looks though....only last fortnight....our phantom....???....rel mutual fund picked up a big chunk from the mkt....

from the world of commodities..... soyabeans....hit 34 yrs high..... any takers for MR beans....???? big brother....... reliance retail ....would b the first 2 mkt & sell iPHONES...AN APPLE PRODUCT ...IN INDIA......just some signals awaited from APPLE.... THE STREET HAS IT THAT THE ONCE AILING MASCON GLOBAL... is likely 2 buy out its 5% stake from ICICI.....the promoters r said 2 b upbeat abt the cos future prospects & likely 2 place the stake 2 some foreign taker........ any rumblings on the counter.....???
