The co. seems to be that of some Shroff's...and there is one Modern Fibotex Ltd...they together holding around 40+% shares as promoters.
Ambanis do no seem to be in picture directly.
This is as per BSE site.

Some UP family owned chemical company. Share volumes are very low at ~50 per day. Stock moving up on rumors that Reliance might buy their company just to get back their namesake.
