Well the co. is gonig thru a good phase.
Posted amazing results. Had an amalgamation (read: Consolidation) with sister concern. Setting up 5mt steel plant in Purulia. Wud invest Rs. 16,000 crores.(http://www.financialexpress.com/news...urulia/224635/) Has formed a consortium with JSW Steel Ltd, Bhushan Power & Steel. (http://www.equitybulls.com/admin/new...t.asp?id=19176). Last heard it was to buy HEG limited (read: Expansion) for Rs. 100 Crore. (http://www.telegraphindia.com/107071...ry_8042560.asp). Overall the company looks aggresive and on the right path of growth. I am keenly watching the moves coz have few shares bought at 55-odd Rupees. Hope it will reach Rs. 1000 by Mid to End 2008. It has been in UC for last 10-odd sessions. Good Fundamentals. Good Technicals too as of now. Thanks, Sanjoy
