My personal feeling about TD: As all of you agree that TD is undervalued stock, i do think the same. The thread was started to share information about such an undervalued stock. We had couple of +ve news like demerger process, which normally increases the stock price value. TD didn't got listed in extra-ordinary late time...see the history of other stocks...this was average time(approx.). TD closed at 67 and opened with a base price of 80(much higher than the closing price...i was expecting the base price less than Rs 50 like most of my frnds). Price of two baby companies added with 80 makes it pretty decent gain against 67, isn't it? The opening was at worst times it could have happend. But again, if it would have got delayed, there were hell lot of ppl to curse mgmt  We all gave a sigh when it got confimed to relist in the shaky market. This ckt fall was anticipated. 20% limit and not 5% made it worst But, do u all see that the story is over?? I'm planning to accumulate more at lower levels with whatever money i'm left with(AGAIN this is my personal story, no RECOMMENDATIONS  )

I can understand ur feeling as i have the same  Kya socha tha kya ho raha hai...par reason samajh nahi aa raha hai. Jab koi reason na dikhe to samajh lo ki operators hain lage hue. Waise management kyon so rahi hai, pata nahi...share price badhne se wo bhi to rich honge...its free falling n they are sleeping. I have a feeling that they are aware of this and are silently giving their consent to the fall...reasons may be surprising...isn't it? Got news that it is going to stabilize between 40-50 in couple of days. I feel TD is good company n undervalued, so will hold for long(may add more soon depending on the availability of cash). Took few JP Associate shares yesterday, and left with no cash now
