Sillu_m, its going to get demerged on 23rd and hence will be delisted from the exchange with effect from 16th. i.e. u have only one day to trade/purchase before the delisting. After the delisting, the company will agian list as 3 diff. companies...don't know when...that's biggest mystery

On relisting, u will be having shares of 3 diff. companies...for current 100 shares, u will have total of 200 shares(with reduced FV to 2).

Most of the companies have shown significant run pre-post demerger, but TD is not upto the mark till now...disappointing for now

But, seeing the fundamentals of the company, it looks like game of operators...am still bullish on this one.

Some rumours are that TDinfo will relist on 23Nov...rest of the companies in around a month.
Don't have confirmed news.

Yes ... I too have a news that only TD will relist on 23rd Nov. and others will take around a month for listing .... but i am not sure on the trueness on the news ...

I have been in this stock since a long time around two years.

From my experience, you will not get a clear picture from management very soon. It will be approx 1-2 days before the listing they will inform stock holders. Also, i am sure there will be uncertainity over the other three for some time......This is how the management works there.

From the history of companies who went through delisting-relisting, it shud take 3 months approx.
Here we are just guessing that TDInfo will re-list in Dec. and rest of the two somewhere in next yr begining.

PS: 23rd is not the relisting date of TD Info, i apologize for assuming it in my previous post.
