Teledata ended up around 8% today(can't confirm this as internet connection is very slow here)...but the rise is nothing as one should expect in today's high market

The true picture of TD will be known tomorrow....
As the listed entities will not have upper ckt on its first day of trading,i expect atleast a 100% upside on the first day..it may evn be 300%... let us keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow....

I think, the demerger is going to happen on 23rd of Nov. and not tomorrow...those who will have teledata on of before 21st Nov. will be entitled for the demerged shares. So, on 21st actuall the share price of teledata may appear very less as the FaceValue will change to 2. This will also be the day on which teledata won't have any circuit. For the demerged shares(rest two companies), Teledata has yet to announce the listing date, and they will trade freely on the listing date. So, this is what i speculate: 1) On 21st of Nov., teledata will be start with very low price(with reduced Face Value) and will rise to a significant level. 2) On the listing day of the two new companies, they will roar like anything. This is not ST call, at least MT if not LT. Pls correct me if i am wrong.
