Underperformer- Performance below market % move or against the mrkt.
Cmp- current market price or closing market price
Outperformer-vice versa of Underperformer
Oversubriscibed= IPO/FPO not subscribed acc to shares offered.
Book Profit=sq off ur position partialy or fully.
Market Buzz= Rumour
Debt-equty Ratio= How much the company owes to the creditors compared to the share capital of the company.
Cover= Take an opposite position to ur present position in the same instrument in order to square off ur position.

And Can We Decide Its A Good Stock To By, Seeing The Pe Ratio Low. Like Indraprastha Gas Pe=13.27

And I Have Some Doubt That How Can We Find A Company Total Shares.which Is Useful To Calculate Eps.

I have not muc idea of FA so cant help u in stk selection using FA.
