Default I raise the Bull Flag

Last time i Raised a Red Flag and many people joked and raised multiple color flags !!!!!!!!!!
-------------
I lowered the Red Flag in respect to so many members Flag hoisting & Market Signals (which were false).
---------------
I am raising the Bull Flag at 13900 levels.
My Target is 14730- 14830
This time the Flag will stay subject to a Dow Jones not breaching its 200 Day Ema and Hangseng not breaching 20000 levels.
If that Happens, Please consider this Flag Lowered.
---------------------
Members who raise Flags against my flag, better be careful as the Red flag was raised at 15300 levels V/s todays levels. So before you Raise your flag, I would like you to put all your knowledge to its use and raise flag due to what your KQ tells you.
Regards/Max Makhija

Dow Breach of Ema 200 has to be confirmed by the Move staying below the Ema for minimum 3 days to 7 days. Hence the Flag is intact.

The Major Violations of Support levels for Dow, Hangseng and Sensex does not bore well.
Care and Caution are key words from now on.

big guys caught off-guard with the market meltdown, they finished their job of pumping, but were not able to dump in time, now is their second chance , while the conditions look good, they can dump before the quarter, if they want me to believe that stocks right now are selling at a discount and all the problems are solved , i believe them ...
