Time Technoplast is a mukltibagger

http://www.timetechnoplast.com/

Got this one and Buy call from Money Control message board.I am requesting any (senior) member have any inputs on this company will be helpful. Thanks

************************************************** **First A NEWS which I read in DNA paper through one of my beloved friend...I am pasting it only due to his pointing out...I read it...'Time Technoplast has several hi-tech polymer-based applications in its arsenal
MUMBAI:Today, he is leading a team of scientists to make what would be India’s first portable fuel cell, for automobiles. The prototype of the vehicle would be ready by 2008, Jain told DNA Money.

The first right of refusal for the portable fuel cell technology developed by Time Technoplast is with Mahindra & Mahindra. So much for a company that otherwise makes polymer-based products for the construction, logistics and automobile sector! Going by Jain, though, polymers are an answer to all futuristic applications, from solar panels to syringes. Or, that is just what his team is trying to ensure.
Challenging projects have been par for the course, from the time he wooed German manufacturer Mauser (famous for its pistols) to sell machinery to make polymer jerry cans. “We were in a hurry to start the project. So I went to Russia, hired two military cargo planes, but was informed that Russian military aircraft were not allowed to land in the then West Germany. So, I got them to transport the machinery by road to Zurich, and got the machinery airlifted by the Russian military aircraft to Mumbai.”IDBI officials were aghast to learn that Jain used a portion of the loan to airfreight equipment. But it paid off, as in 14 days he manufactured enough drums to compensate for the air freight and also used the wooden cases to make furniture for the office.
“It shows the way we do business - out of the box,” said Jain. “Ours is a “zero-defect business,” he added.

Notably, Time Technoplast is one of only two companies that have the technology to make astro-turfs, which can be laid as door mats, or artificial turfs on golf courses, swimming pools etc. Jain recalled how they had courted Solutia, a subsidiary of Monsanto, for the technology, but were rebuffed. He then discovered a Japanese manufacturer, which had the same technology and persuaded it to part with the technology and machinery. The Japanese firm sold out, technology, machine and all, shutting shop soon thereafter. “There are two ways to keep a secret. One of them has to die,” Jain said with a grin. Years later, Solutia tried to buy him out, but was challenged to a duel, “in a market of their choice and a time of their convenience.”
Time Technoplast has now earned the homologation certificates for a anti-spray sheet, which is mandatory for all trucks that run on European roads. His new factory in Poland will supply to leading European automobile majors, at half the price and still make a neat profit.
That’s not all. LPG cylinders and the fuel tanks for Tata’s Ace commercial vehicles will all be made with polymer as the base material. “It will be lighter and safer,” Jain said.
Among ongoing projects is a polymer fuel tank to store CNG. As for fuel cells, Jain is confident as he has the support of institutes and academicians, including Prof A K Shukla of CECRI, an expert in nano technology. The developments are seen positively by the analysts, too. In a recent report, Religare said a change in product mix favouring the auto & healthcare segments has resulted in a 2% margin expansion for the company to 22.3%. Its focus on organic and inorganic growth will help it attain its growth targets, the brokerage added.'
Now my comments'I have to cut some text due to paucity of space as mmb do not allow to write more then 4000 words.
The margin is very high in what the co is doing and it is already having an annual eps of 48 and hence available at just p/e of 15...
I suggest everyone here to find the NPM and see what it is by thenselves.I will only say that apsrt from a Packeging co. this is more of a Solar Photovoltaic co.
