I think let us assume 13900 but you are right markets can bounce back from 14500 levels.
I think what market behaviour suggests is the market is taking rest on previous top ie 1473... area and will accumulate there to begin to move higher than the previous top. In Case 14500 level broken. We are assume it is trying to spoil the party............. Watch Dow below 12750 it is dangerous. But as far as 12750 not broken we cannot be bearish. |

dear max mak,
first post on my thread from ur side was that u r new comer. after having a 20 year expirience , words like this humbles to new comer like us. and i don't know pefectly, but there is reliable source of mine said that dow's correction is nearly completed. ya it can make double or triple bottom on 13100, but shud not breach 13100(that not my view, its said by technical analyst who predicted the crash well before to me) what's ur view on that warm regards magnet man |

Koshyssj Dow is very volatile these days up and down is a part of their market. In the last 3 sessions i noticed; wed 150 up last 40 min was the rally; thursday 100 pointssup last 15 min was the rally; Friday 2.00 EST Bear Sterns refuses to buy back their stock ; why ? as they do not want to use their money which they think may be needed when redemption pressure comes from their hedge funds. This is a bad signal. I think the carnage is not over ; we should be in line with how asia reacts on Monday with dow 281 down. With news today that the German bank that was a part of the subprime hedge fund filling for bankrupcy the situtaion is grim.
