Dowjones will face stiff resistance at 13650 levels.
However it is not what is a worrying factor, The most worrying factor today is the Role of the HSI or the Hangseng Index. If you closely watch this, It is going to crack, any good support is a 1000 points below. The problem is not in the 1000 point support but if this is formed there will be a SHS or Shoulder- Head - Shoulder formation which strongly suggests a Strong Downtrend. At First looks if you see the HSI it looks like it has gone up like a Pack of Cards, In Turbulent winds when Castles like Bse Sensex (Build on Strong Fundamentals of Indian Companies) have been forced downward, How will the Pack of Card movement Survive? So the First Crack of Battle has appeared in the US, but as the BIG papa will not win the WAR on his territory, he has to win it somewhere else. What better place for US to win it's war than CHINA ? Hence Buckle up.! Watch Dow around 13650 and the Hangseng around 21000. MAGNET MAN - I am not bearish at all. I am bullish, However the Market is the BOSS, If it wants me to bend my knees , I will gladly do it.
