If you are certain that the Major trend would continue, then you should raise Amber or Orange Flag and not Red Flag.
However, how long do think this downturn will last? If it is temporary, that is less than a week, then don't raise any flag at all. I agree with you tha the major trend in the economy is up. However, the profitability of Indian companies would not be as high as it was in the past. Therefore, there would be a strain on valuation of stocks. The is a strong sentiment abroad to invest in India, as their avenues to invest are fast drying up. |

Red Flag is raised when the ground under one gets slippery.Where there is unclear vision.
What this means is we have to be cautious. Rattan- I like your spirit and the choice of your colors. The Red Flag will automatically come down if we see a 3 day continous close above 15800 area.Than i will ask Rattanji to hoist his most Bullish Flag. Till that time CASH IS KING. |
