Serious point here, no sarcasm......You might suggest a buy in something at 400 with absolutely no stop loss.

You say...... it will go up....
It doesnt....and drops to 300......
U say hold....it will go up....
By now the trader already has made huge losses paid as mtm.....
Will u be willing to share mtm losses?
Because ultimately it will rise to 500 maybe after a year, andthen u say...ok target reached....
But he is a trader, not an investor, a quick trade becomes a long term investment.

Sagi, dont u think that with a stop loss u are much better off, re entering when u feel it is rising again?

Dont tell me u cant get in once it starts rising....

Even a dumb guy yesterday (one of my clients) said Ratanbhai, buy reliance industries, 3000 ka target hai 2 saal mein.

But what about the next 3 months?

Think about it....

PS: this must be my first post without sarcasm? really controlled a lot
HI ratan

Sarcasm is not an one man tool . I too can apply it devatatingly. But I do not do while I discuss stock. Psychologically , it is said, that people who are sarcastic are generally inferiority complex. I am sure that it does not apply to you.

so why not shed the skin of sarcasm and understand each other too promote friendship and gain by experience of both.

Now if the trader goes by ny calls and enter into an proper agreemnet with regarding losses and profits , I am open to such scheme. I need a proper written document for that purpose , as in the past loose agreemnts have put me to notional losses , as the other party did not honor.

Now , I would request yoiu read my msg on EDUCOMP thread. It will give you an indepth understanding of my mind. Then we can perhaps discuss in great details.

By the way , do you know , I sent copies of 2 judgements to traderj i and also uploaded the same in www.**********"
if u want to read it, you have send me an email at sagi.thediceman@*****.co.in. so that I can send u the links. I donot want everyone to get hold of this documents. But friends like you, it is ok.
I already sent the links to AMIt

Hey Sagi, u got me wrong....

I am not saying I want to tie up and trade with u
I trade only intraday, holding overnight is not my cup of tea.

I just trade 2 or 3 stocks, not stocks like educomp.
They are investor stocks, while I like to day trade.

My points were for the newcomers on the board.
They would feel more secure trading your calls with the insurance scheme u mentioned.

I dont care about fundamentals, let satyam sell chana or let reliance have a batata wada chain I dont care, it is just a moving price for me.

I trade price alone.

As for your documents, I will gladly accept the call taken by Traderji....

CV:

I work for about 2 days in a month.

So yes, you may call me a part time trader, as I also have a second source of income.

Dont say because you need to talk something. Here the point is how long are u gonna wait. I think trading comes with a timeframe and risk

Think before you talk something my friend. My point is not to stop Sagi giving calls. Its up to him and fellow boarders to follow on their own wish. When I see any flaw I have a right to point out and rest leaves to fellow members.

The way u said if you bought silverline, Pentamedia etc stock and you would be waiting for life time to get into 1/10 of the breakeven.

Hi Sagi,

You are really smart that I agree. Please dont ask me in what sense. You dont answer what is really needed. You tend to leave the main thing and just talk side things.

I can see your patience. I m sure that you got a lot of experience in many things. But I saw 3 occassion it missed. How can u say that u and ur fellow team can 99.7% accurate.

I just want to know, you gave a call without SL and asked fellow boarders to wait till it reaches target. Will you wait even any low if it will go. Please be specific yes or no. If no, when will you get out of the trade.

If not . please do and then we can discuss further.

I will be grateful if u could do so , because it may perhaps reveal my mind to you.

Thereafter , you ask specific bullet point questions and I reply specifically.

HI

From what you say " let satyam sell chenna" etc , I can see that you donot even look at fundamentals

I think you are a gut feeling trader.

I trade intraday, swing, medium term and long term. But I use fundamentals and tech analysis.. they are my eyes and I choose stocks on fundamentals and enter and exit on technicals.

sagi

I use charts for my daily trades .

Sagi,

Not gut feeling trader.

I have a system, it signals buys and sells....

I try to follow it without letting my guts interfere.....

A company for me is just a moving price line. I dont care what it does fundamentally.

In fact, I was surprised by volatility friday in satyam, because I was not aware that it had its results yesterday..who cares!

I wouldnt have taken trades in satyam fearing volatility if I had known results had been declared on friday morning.

I am happy I didnt know

I am that disconnected with fundamentals, Sagi.

PS: I would love to go to a Reliance batatawada stall though.....

Just love them!

Hell by the amount I eat every quarter, their results would be badly affected if I started dieting for a quarter

Then the analysts would blame me unprecedented drop in demand for Reliance batatawada led to decline in PAT

We are talking about ABAN and lets discuss that here. We can anyway discuss about EDUCOMP in another thread.

I just asked you very specific questions and I will be pleased if you can answer them.
