Recommend 20 small caps for SIP.
I invested in Deep Industries when the stock was around 30 rs. Now it is around 105 rs, a whopping 250% gain in just 8 months. I still dont know why this stock has gained.
I understand this is hard to repeat. But I think If nifty Junior outperforms Nifty, then probably a group of decent small cap companies could outperform the market. I understand that small caps can be edgy, and SIP can help me reach a average cost. By having a group of 20 stocks if 5 stocks gives me such returns I can beat the market, even if all other 15 fails completely. I can even do a VIP (value investment plan where I can invest more when stock is down and invest less when it is raising.). This could be fun. Now I await your suggestions.

I was hoping other members would help me identify some small-cap stocks. Here are some I like. (some of them may be midcap, with about 3000 cr market cap)
Hitachi, Blue Star, Country Club, Thomas Cook, Deccan Aviation, sterling holiday resorts, Usher Agro, Pricol. come on guys add some of your favourites.
