Hope now you will think what Ajay & Hari was trying to say yesterday.
The basic formula for RSI is:= U= Up days average price; D= Dn days average price; 100- { 100 / 1 + (U / D) } Now plz ponder what Ajay was trying to say about Central point & why mathametically it happens (the Divergence/Convergence).

nifty is now working with the trend lines,,,,as given in the chart...i hope seniors wil agree to this...any views..!!!highly apprecibale...
nifty cash wil face res at 5385/5485...and if these levels are crossed,,,or hit then we can again see abounce down,,and now this down should not again breach the lower bottoms... so i wil agian suggest buy only for week tgts only....until full confirmation is sure no matter it shall be late... renu Last edited by renu daga; 1st September 2008 at 02:48 PM.

sterlite / ticso lt,,,,moved very good,, no doubt all stcoks moved , os there is nothing great...!! still holding strelite / lt and tisco.....stop loss raised... trading in infosys,, todays buy signals were.. nifty .. ongc strelite hpcl though nifty opened with 85 gap.. but has travelled to fill this gap,, now for todays utmost necessary to close above yestedays high secondly....cash nifty gave open ./high same,,of 5202///not good... letssee renu

nifty now standing in pos,,, sterlite/ ongc,,,ok,, i missed reliance to mention which is alos in buy,,,, nifty needs positive closing today no matter in any manner,,,,,,,,,,above yesterdays high,,, and which is still in hold,,, styerlite / ticso ...all in hold bought rcom/ reliance////and sold lt.....though i was wrong in hurry renu

tisco amazingly good run,,, sold today tisco,..at 847.80,, will surey look forward to catch aian at lower levels.. tisco will face re sat 845/850... sterlite holding still,,,and lt,,also,,, renu forgot to add...as said after mkt hours on friday that we see negative opening on monday...we actually did not see negative we opened plus 30 somewhat///but soon 5 /10 mn we rae trading in negative.......so i think preferably profit booking to be done..... one more low is still left,,,now whether it will come afte forming a top or....before that. lets see,,, Last edited by renu daga; 18th February 2008 at 10:43 AM. covered tisco..at 820...though...
holding sterlite still though it si running in channel....tough to breal 800...seems,, nifty took 60% exact(what i thought of correction,,at 5200 in fut..from where it moved )from 5130...60 min chart,, now afresh move is requiredfrom here.... sold itc also which i ahd bought in delivery...and few stocks ,acc/ reddy.../unitech renu

nifty 60 min chrat is in buy now.....and once it crosses5315...it will again new high...till5400
hope it closes in pos..chance are less renu bought rcom,,,at 614

seling signal in short trem at 5000..below that its in sell (fut) rgt now we have ret 30% from above.. nifty seems to consolidate from 5300to 5000.....a very broad range.. and the trend line support at 5018 should be be broken..for nay further up move,, renu stocks for 20 feb dabur
