Unitech Bonus..

Hi all

Unitech declared a bonus of 1:1 and a dividend of 25%.

Can anyone pls let me know the date when i need to be holding the shares in order to avail the bonus....

whenever a company declares bonus or dividend, they declare a record date. all those shareholders whose names are on record with the company on that date will be eligible to receive the dividend or bonus as the case may be. You can see the record date as and when declared by the company in financial newspapers or sites of bse and nse.
