login to your a/c.Click on trading-Equity-Demat allocation.
You can view your shares here.Click on portfolio-Equity.You can view your profit or loss.
But the best way is call a icici representative. He will teach you at your workplace.
Or use demo version.

My sincere advice is to learn first, then trade. Otherwise, after sometime, you will not know what to do with all those shares that have tanked eversince you brought them. Experimenting without learning, is a sure recipe for disaster. At least you can go through Saint's posts or one member has compiled his educative posts in this forum. At least go through them slowly and carefully. You will learn many things there. Take care

luckyros,
With 5 no Guj Ambuja ,even if it tanks nothing to worry, best thing you have done is puten your foot forward, believe me until your own money is at stake all Learning will be Theoritical.
Apart from book mkt teaches you the skills ,seen many traders wriggling past a definite loosing position.
Mr R.S.Iyer has rightly directed to the 'Thread' every new comer should go thru.1st.
Best of luck to your journey in this arena.

i think the brother had asked advice regarding operating his a/c at icici.
Regarding investment advice,I think being patient is the key to success.
Once you have taken a decision on a stock dont take somebody's advice to buy or sell.Follow your instincts.Dont do margin trading or day trading. That's pure gambling.I know of many young people who have lost their parents hard earned money in this type of trading.
