Default Taking a call : The investors Gut Feeling

Hello Everyone,

I started investing when i was 24. Thats pretty late by todays standards when even 12 year olds are investing.

The basics however remain the same . I bought ICICI at Rs 39 because the
company was investing in computers in a big way. Its been a profitable investment. I bought into Pantaloon too at around Rs 50 after visiting a pantaloon showroom.

I feel the same way about just 1 stock right now and that is "Reliance Natural Resources ".

This company has got growth written all over it , provided its management gets its business plan right. The company is very cash rich but its management needs to think beyond oil & gas and needs to get into metals like gold, Aluminium, nickle and tungsten. It also needs to get into Uranium and Thorium to fuel tomorrows Nuclear power plants.

Since the comany's management is one of the most dynamic in India , this is likely to happen. Its going to be a very valuable company.

So hang in there and enjoy the ride. They have their AGM in July ( I forget the date ). By then they will get their act together.

Best of luck and happy investing.

I don't think Gautam Adhikari/Sushil would be coming back anytime soon? Maybe, another incarnation would do the trick.

Good catch Saint...
