So I guess in theory SENSEX BEAR may go wild to 7500 or even 75 if any of following stucks to our luck..

1) Indo-Pak-China war breaks out.
2) Immense political instability (ie govt is formed with help of 100 or even 272 parties or individuals).
3) Gulf/world runs out of crude and there is no other viable alternate energy sources.
4) All ice at poles melt and major cities of world submerges into water (ie Global warming at worst)
5) Severe earthquacks or natural calamilities rocks subcontinent.
6) India's tie with developed countries weakens or even lost.
7) Brain deseases breaks out in India due to over use of mobile or similar devices.
8) Lifespan and producitivities of people dramatically decreases due to various factors like genetically modified food, over use of chamically developed fertilisers, milk obtained from cow using steroid injections, fake medicines, fake money etc etc.
9) Anything that can threaten or weaken current possitive strenths...

On other side we can count on SENSEX to reach to 25000..

1) soon India will have largest English speaking intectual pool of resources for any white or blue collar jobs.
2) New generation of politians may be more fruitfull
3) Population --> More demand --> More supply --> more Profit
4) Increasing percent of Middle-Class
5) Open policies.
6) Anything else that can strenghthen our current positive...

Vande Matram.

Just look at flood situation in Bihar.

there used to be an ad on tv for hair remover, the tag line used to say "the only thing that grows back is confidence", so confidence does not need anything to grow, even crops need fertilizers.

my last post in this thread 2nd from had Rupee is 44, bet will go to 50.
today is 46.62 . index going to 13k and bouncing back. we've come a long way from 21k, eventually is see 7.5k . i am enjoying the ride. this is called deleveraging . nothing will grow out of thin air, except confidence. eventually reality will sink in.

It is possible if a world war take place........or crash of economy ....

It is also possible if 5 Top banks (world's) including 2 Bigest Indian Banks got defalter......

God also cleared that the crash is also possible if 5 Harshad......born together..... (it will not be possible for one Harshad now)

7500...hmmm...seems we are getting there...

Nifty breached the crucial 4000 level for the first time since May 2007.

The global uncertainly continues to haunt the Indian market that had a terrible week.

The figures this week are:
Sensex was down 7%.
Nifty down 6.5%.
BSE Midcap index was down 5.5%.
BSE Smallcap index down 5%.
BSE Realty index was down 11%.
BSE IT Index down 10.6%.
BSE Tech index down 7.7%.
BSE CD index down 7.72%.
BSE CG index down 7.3%.
BSE Power index down 6.6%.
BSE Metal index and BSE HC index both down 3.8%.

Unfortunately, seems the worst is not yet over....??? Next week is 12500 or even 12000....???

Sensex 7K/10K/12K = (India Economy + Nuke deal + Indian investor hope + Improving Inflation) - (Weak USA Economy + Weak Europe Economy + US elections + Indian elections + China rise + FII stepping out + Doubtful DII + Indian investor Panic/Doubt/Fear + Price hike in Crude/Other-Commodities + Weak IIP number ) ???

So....how far is 10K now??

Possibility Of Sensex Reaching 7500 - Yes

Nothing Less Than A Nuclear War Somewhere Close By Is Probably The Only Reason That Would Make 7500 Possible

Amit,
You posted this only in feb. I wanted to post the message after the market close, you beat me to it. i never had any doubt about 12000, 20 years is a long time. but this is just the start.

Another person savantgarde posted that 7500 is only possible in case of nuclear war.

we just started.
