Hi Friends,
What are your views regarding cement stocks? Read latest News: In the backdrop of cement players refusing to cut prices, Finance Minister P Chidambaram on Saturday asked India Inc to look beyond their balance-sheets and play a role in helping the Government ensure macro economic stability. Without mentioning the cement sector, the Finance Minister asked the industry in general to recognise their role "beyond balance sheets" in macro economic stability. http://www.hindu.com/thehindu/holnus...0703250311.htm Regards, Luckytrader. |

By krsna Khandelwal - A Stock Market Vedic Theory proponent Friends, I have been advocating that the cement sector has been under cloud for wrong reasons and as soon as the clouds will clear the sun will be shining brightly on the fortunes of the cement companies share prices. This is , however , not to be taken as the final word for I have also been telling you to refer to the Panch Tattva points will encompass all the possibilities that are foreseeable . In light of this and in attempt towards finding the better ones from amongst the cement universe I have worked out the Panch Tattva updated points for three companies from different regions and the same may be noted: ULTRACEMCO @772/-(26 Mar 07) gets 1011 points and therefore may surely be purchased and reviewed upon declaration of next quarterly results. MADRACEM @2749/-(26 Mar 07) gets 1126 points and do as in the earlier case. JKCEM @140/-(26 Mar 07) gets 1142 points and here also please do as above. We may see that all the three companies are fit for investment and the opportunity is worth looking at. About the market you were told only the last time that the things are not all the rosy and cautious approach is called for , the slide of more than 3/4Th of a percent has endorsed it. well guys P chid. hiked excise duty for checking inflation by keeping prices low.but inflation is result of 2 factors- either cost pressures or demand pressures. So another aspect of demand cannot be controlled as we can see long term development/construction of indian inc.
So friends it is right time for bottom fishing specially Guj.Ambuja and other large cap.cement stocks. |

Friends just keep a close watch on ACC.
According to the Technical Analysis Indicator ACC is oversold and now it gives a good buying opportunity. THE 14 DAYS RSI IS PRESENTLY BETWEEN OVERSOLD (<30) AND OVERBOUGHT (>70) REGIONS. (30.02) THE 10 DAYS STOCHASTIC OSCILLATOR HAS CROSSED 20 FROM BELOW AND INDICATES AN OVERSOLD CONDITION. THE 14 DAYS WILLIAM %R OSCILLATOR IS LESS THEN -80 AND INDICATES AN OVERSOLD CONDITION. ON BALANCE VOLUME (OBV) is also changing Trend. I have attached a chart. Regards, Luckytrader Last edited by Luckytrader; 15th January 2008 at 01:37 PM. |
