Red face What's happening to ATLANTA

Hi

Since the SEBI notice came on 23-Feb, ATLANTA share is always going down 5%. I purchased this at 975-1000 level and now it is under 330's level.

I can see lot of sellers there but no one is buying even on these levels.

I would request Senior members to through some light on it.

Looks like it is going to be quite a long wait for you, deepak.
The valuation of this scrip is max 500-600. So, even if it gets out of it circuit, I doubt it reaching your purchase price in near distant future.
The way, scrip is moving, it will soon reach its IPO price. This is the level, where I would prefer entering it.

Best Regards,
Hitesh

Hi Swagat

I was trying to find out on which price this downfall will stop. This is answered by Hitesh.

I would also like to know the future prospects of this stock, whether to stay invested for long term or sell it as soon as it come out of ckt.

C deepak i can say much about Atlanta, except that iv heard that the promoters of the company are the once who are some big stock operators. Thats u they took the stk from IPo level to 1200 levels.

All i can say is if uv bot heavily into this one. Then book partial loss and hold on. Cant say much abt prospects.

I dont like stks which rigged so much. the risk is very high.

Thanks

After SEBI's Notice to Atlanta and now the move against valuation of real estate land and property, I don't think Atlanta will touch even 500 level in near future. I will be comfortable to enter in it when it reaches below its IPO level and book profit with 10-15% return.

Now get in Atlanta everybody lock stock and barrel. I was lucky to get a few 100 shares in my accounts and accounts of my portfolio mgmt accounts as well. It has hit upper circuit second time today. Igot it at 245 to 255 Rs. This company is in mining, infrstructure and real estate. It fell becoz of some allegation of insider trading and disclosure concerns in RHP. Now 2 things are possible.
1. SEBI may be close to giving the mgmt of Atlanta clean chit.
2. Mittal may forge a JV with Atlanta and bid for 51% stake in Sesa Goa held by Mitsui Corp of japan.

Deusteche Bank has bought 1,50000 shares of Atlanta on 04 Apr 07, and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter has sold some amount less than that.

U guys take a close look on the counter and if u get in keep strict Stop Losses just 5 Rs down the circuit.

Thanks
