Hi CV,
the asnwer to your first question is that all falls or up moves are not associated with Wolf waves. But when wolf waves set in, it is 90% possible for the possible fall or upmove. i.e. to say that all ice creams are cold , but not all cold things are ice creams.!!!! Answer to second question is that it is allowable to adjust trendline. This thing is told to me by my fellow trader in Forex market. Even point 5 can be bit up of the 1-3 trendline. You can see that like elliott waves, wolfwaves are also subjective. And most people do beleive that 1-3-5 line and 2-4 line should converge, it's true,,,but even if these lines diverge can serve very good analysis. Wht is important is that 1-3-5 should be symmetrical at the best. and should rise if a bearish target is to be set and should fall if bullish target is to be set. Hope this helps. Regards, Winston. |

Your chart fulfils WW pattern ,but i am confused about the location of WW ,i have shown Pesavento's 127 % & 162 % levels also confirms your 5th ww. My attached chart also shows Elliot Wave markings of wave, which is contrary to your WW.This is the reason of my confusion.Let us see how this unfolds in the future, better not to take any position. Dear all
There is no wolf wave on ABB in chart shown. I think there is mis- understanding about Wolf wave. Allow me to tell u : Mistake U are doing is --looking for a complete set up with wave 1 2 3 4 & ... oooops 5. . Once 5th wave forms the story is over. Try & discover pattern with waves 1 2 3 & 4 only. Stop. When all criterias are met with , wait for price to reverse from point 4 As price crosses 2-4 trend line -- get in (With lowest point of 4 as S/L). Now ride the price till point 5 which u would have extrapolated from WW set up. Point 5 is the end point . Finish. Look for another WW ( 1 2 3 & 4 only) WW set up forms when considerable difference develops between demand & supply (D&S) of any given stock. Excessive demand will create bearish set up wave 1 2 3 & 4. Excessive supply will create bullish set up. This imbalnce cannot remain for long and equilibrium between D&S will hav to be achieved. Hence price moves to achieve equilibrium price at point 5. Point 5 is the end point (EPA) of WW set up. The end. WW phenomenon ends there. Take ur profit & go home. Ur aim should be to ride from point 4 to 5 (which can be fast & is most profitable part of WW set up) I have detected WW 1 2 3 4 on Omax Auto (excess supply)>>> lets see how it behaves. (see attached chart) Also see the thread "Sensex topping out??" where I predicted Sensex crash on 10May2005 based on WW. Have a look at both the charts attached. regards Ajax |
