In this thread I will try to update those companies which have declared dividend recently. So that everybody in this forum can benefit from it.


Kesoram Industries Ltd.

Kesoram Industries Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, on 14th March, 2007 has declared Interim Dividend on 45,743,318 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 10/- each @ Rs. 4/- per share for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2007. Further the Board does not intend to recommend any more Dividends for the year 2006-07. For the purpose of determining entitlement of Interim Dividend, Wednesday, the 21st March, 2007 has been confirmed to be the Record Date as earlier communicated. Accordingly, those shareholders, whose names stand on Registers of Members/ Lists provided by NSDL and CSDL as on 21st March, 2007 in physical and electronic form respectively shall be entitled to Interim Dividend".

Shipping Corporation Of India Ltd.

Shipping Corporation Of India Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the company has fixed April 04, 2007 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for consideration of Interim Dividend if any.

KCP Ltd

KCP Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007 has recommended an Interim Dividend of 100% payable to the shareholders.

It has informed that March 21, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.

Tech Mahindra Limited

Tech Mahindra Limited has informed the Exchange on March 14, 2007 that:"At the Board Meeting of the Company held today, the Directors have declared an Interim Dividend @15% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2006-07 i.e. Rs.1.50 per Equity Share of Rs.10 each, which shall be paid through Electronic Clearing System (ECS) or vide our dividend warrant, as the case may be.

It has informed that March 22, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of interim dividend.

Gateway Distriparks Limited

Gateway Distriparks Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors at their meeting held on Wednesday, 14 March 2007 have : 1) approved the payment of second Interim dividend @ 10% (i.e. Re.1/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each) and a special interim dividend @ 10% (i.e. Re.1/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year ended as on 31st March 2007 and 2) confirmed Thursday, 22 March 2007 as the record date for the payment of the second Interim Dividend (including special interim dividend) for the financial year ended as on 31st March 2007".

CHEMFAB ALKALIS LIMITED

Chemfab Alkalis Limited has informed the Exchange that: "At the Board Meeting held today, the 14th March, 2007, the Directors of the Company have declared an Interim Dividend of 100% i.e. Rs.5/- per share, for the financial year 2006-2007.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to those shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date, March 21, 2007 fixed for this purpose".

Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd.

Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 14.03.2007 have decided to pay a second interim dividend @ 250% (i.e. Rs.25/- per share) on 1,23,69,250 equity shares of Rs.10/- each absorbing a total amount of Rs.30,92,31,250/-. As informed earlier, the Record date for the above dividend has been fixed as 23.03.2007.

MIRC Electronics Ltd.

Mirc Electronics Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors of the Company have, at their meeting held on March 12,declared an interim dividend @ 75% on the equity shares of the Company. The Dividend as declared shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or after March 27, 2007".

Further the BoDs has also confirmed the Record Date as March 26, 2007 for the purpose of deciding the eligibility of members for Interim Dividend.

Thermax Ltd

Thermax Ltd has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on today i.e. on March 13, 2007, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.40 (170%) on Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2006-07. The Record Date fixed on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 for ascertaining members eligible to receive the Interim Dividend, has also been approved by the Board at the said meeting".

Asian Paints Limited

Asian Paints Limited has informed the Exchange that "The board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 13, 2007 have approved the payment of second interim dividend of Rs.6.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (65%) for the financial year ending 31st March, 2007. The Board of Directors have also approved 21st March, 2007 as the Record Date for the payment of second interim dividend to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the said date". The Interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on and from March 28, 2007.

LIC Housing Finance Ltd

Lic Housing Finance Ltd has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on 13th March, 2007 has approved payment of Interim Dividend @ 50% for the Financial Year 2006-2007 and Record Date in respect of the same has been fixed as 28th March, 2007".

Larsen & Toubro Limited

Larsen & Toubro Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board at it's meeting held on 13.03.2007 has decided to pay Rs.11/- per share of Rs.2/- each as Interim Dividend for the current financial year ending March 31, 2007. Further, March 29, 2007 has been fixed as the Record date in order to determine the Members entitled to receive the aforesaid Interim Dividend payable on March 30, 2007. Transfer documents received upto the close of March 29, 2007 will be considered for the purpose of payment of aforesaid dividend. On shares held in Electronic form, the said dividend will be paid on the basis of the details of beneficial ownership furnished by the Depositories, as at the close of March 29, 2007.

JSW Steel Limited

Jsw Steel Limited has informed the Exchange that "the Board of Directors of the Company have at their meeting held on 13.03.2007 declared an interim dividend of Rs. 12.50 (125%) per fully paid up Equity share of Rs. 10/- each, on the fully paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company, arrived at after including the Equity shares to be allotted upto the Record date (21.03.2007) pursuant to the exercise of option attached to Equity warrants".

Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007 has declared an Interim Dividend @ Rs 5/- per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2006-07.

Shree Cement
Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that March 22, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs. 6 per share. Further the Company has informed that, the date of payment of interim dividend shall be March 29, 2007.

Ultratech Cement
Ultratech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that March 19, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend at the rate of Rs 4/- per share (face value of Rs 10/- each) for the year 2006-07.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on March 15, 2007, declared an interim dividend for the year ending March 31, 2007 @ 22% (Rs.2.20 per share) on Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-each. Sundaram Brake Linings Ltd. has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 15, 2007, a Second Interim Dividend of 50% (Rs.5/- per share) on the fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each has been declared for the year 2006-07. The Second Interim Dividend will be paid to the eligible members based on the Record Date of March 21, 2007. The said payment will be effected by means of dividend warrant encashable at par at various locations of company's banker / DDs from March 26, 2007 onwards.
