first of all sugar stocks are weak stocks, as there is problem with government policy,unless some changes in government policy about sugar sector you will not see any good moves in this sector till one year.

try to short and make some money cleverly and later get out if possible.There are more than thousand companies in NSE,i am sure you can find some good one.
