Need Information on Praj Industries!!

Hi,

I am very new to traderji and infact this is my first posting.

I was analyzing Praj Industries for some time and finally bought some shares around 2 months back. The company has indeed shown rapid growth and seems to be a good prospect. The rapid growth also makes it a bit risky option.

It will be a big help if anybody can pass on some information and opinion about Praj Ind.
1. What is th prospect of the investments made on praj ind?
2. Whatz the right price to sell it off?

Regarding your query about Praj industries the market capitalisation of Praj Industries more than Rs. 3400 crores of where as its net profit is around Rs.30 crores. Turnover is around Rs. 300 crores
Decide whether to hold or not.

Regarding your query about the right price to sell is :-
Greed and Fear is the driving force behind market mechanism.

Jan 2007
Praj Industries has announced its third quarter results. The company's Q3 net profit was up at Rs 33.6 crore (Rs 336 million) from Rs 3.70 crore (Rs 37 million) year-on-year, YoY. Its net sales were up at Rs 178.9 crore (Rs 1.78 billion) versus Rs 53.6 crore (Rs 536 million).

PRAJ is currently a purely Technical momentum play that one needs to ride with trailing stops. But it's also an excellent growth stock worth buying at lower levels. The reason the mkt accords it such outrageous discounting is probably due to the fact that it's a virtual monopoly in its segment with little if any competition.

Praj has shooted up in the past few weeks. Please enter with caution and in small quantities. This is a very good stock but we may see correction in this stock.
